TubeInspect is specially designed for the measurement of formed tubes and wires – both in Reverse Engineering and in serial production. Beyond that, the system is able to calculate setup and correctional data for your bending machines within just a few seconds.

The following models are available:

TubeInspect

TubeInspect is the universal tube measuring system for all tube lenths.

TubeInspect HD

TubeInspect HD is specially designed to measure bent tubes and wires shorter than 600 mm.

Your advantages:

replaces mechanical gauges
direct connection to bending machines possible

TubeInspect S

TubeInspect S measures tubes of up to 1,200 mm in one step. The ideal use is inspection of cooling, gas or hydraulic tubes with flexible parts.

TubeInspect HS

TubeInspect HS is applied when especially high accuracies are requested (e.g. in case of injection pipes).
